Privacy notice

Effective 2026-10-14. This covers Turbo Client Systems, Inc. and this website only. Our apps run in the customer's own tenant and have their own terms.

What we hold about you

We do not store anything about our customers. This site holds only what you choose to send through the contact form or a booking, and the technical records listed below.

Contact form

• Collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and your message.
• Where it goes: an email sent from our Microsoft 365 mailbox to our shared inbox. A copy stays in the sending mailbox's Sent Items. This site does not keep a copy.
• Processed by: Microsoft (mail delivery) and Vercel (it runs the server code that sends the email).
• Kept in the inbox: Our rule is to keep it 90 days and then delete it. A retention policy that deletes items after 90 days is applied to this mailbox. Not yet confirmed: that the policy deletes items at 90 days. Until we confirm it, treat the 90 days as our rule and not as a guarantee.
• Kept in Sent Items: Not yet confirmed. We have not set a period we can state.

Booking a meeting

• Collected: name, email address and notes.
• Where it goes: our Microsoft 365 Bookings calendar. You get a confirmation email. This site stores none of it.
• Processed by: Microsoft and Vercel.
• Kept: Our rule is to keep it 90 days and then delete it. A retention policy that deletes items after 90 days is applied to the booking mailbox. Not yet confirmed: that the policy deletes items at 90 days. Until we confirm it, treat the 90 days as our rule and not as a guarantee.

Request logs

• Collected: your IP address and the route you requested.
• Where it goes: Vercel's hosting logs. We use them to see errors and abuse.
• Kept: Not yet confirmed. We have not set a period we can state.

Analytics

• Collected: page views through Vercel Web Analytics, and only after you allow Statistics in the consent banner. If you decline, the analytics script sends no page views. Request logs, above, are separate and still record your IP address and route.
• Kept: Not yet confirmed. We have not set a period we can state.

Bot detection

• Collected: signals from your browser that Vercel BotID uses to tell a person from a script when you submit the contact or booking form.
• Consent: not asked for. It is a security control, and a control a bot could switch off by declining would not work.
• Kept: Not yet confirmed. We have not set a period we can state.

On your device

Your consent choice and, if you allow Storage, your language setting are kept in your browser's local storage. They never reach us. Clearing site data removes them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, run advertising on this site or build a profile of you. We reply to messages by email only.
